Track: Original track included in the generated campaign

1. License grant

Property Debut grants the customer a nonexclusive, worldwide commercial-use
license to synchronize and use this original track in the generated listing
campaign and in normal edits, exports, posts, and advertisements of that
campaign for the represented listing and brand.

2. Permitted use

The customer may publish, display, reproduce, and adapt the track only as part
of that listing campaign. The campaign may be posted on websites, social
platforms, listing portals, presentations, and advertising placements that
permit the use.

3. Restrictions

The track may not be resold, sublicensed, registered as the customer's original
music, added to a music library, or distributed as a standalone music asset.
The separate audio file included in a campaign download is provided only for
alternate edits of that campaign. The customer may not use the track to train
an audio model or to create a competing music catalog.

4. Ownership and other licenses

Property Debut retains ownership of the original track and may license the same
track to other customers. This license does not cover customer-uploaded audio,
third-party music, or audio later added inside a social platform.

5. Platform rules and customer responsibility

Destination platforms, advertising programs, listing agreements, and local
laws may impose additional requirements. The customer remains responsible for
confirming that the campaign, listing, brand, and destination use are
authorized and compliant.

6. Term and affected-payment remedies

The license continues with the delivered campaign unless the customer
materially breaches these license terms or the payment for that campaign is
refunded, reversed, or successfully disputed. A remedy affecting one campaign
does not remove rights to unrelated campaigns.

7. No outcome guarantee

The license permits use of the audio; it does not guarantee platform
acceptance, advertising approval, reach, leads, showings, offers, or a sale.
