Property Debut terms of service.

Who may use Property Debut

You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be the listing agent, the property owner, or otherwise authorized to use the listing facts, photography, branding, and media you submit. The verified account—not an email address by itself—owns its listings, campaigns, billing relationship, support requests, and downloads.

Campaign products and charges

Single Campaign — $14 once

This is a one-time payment for the selected listing campaign. It starts no subscription and authorizes no automatic future charge.

Unlimited — $27/month

Unlimited is a monthly subscription for one verified agent and one brand. It includes unlimited listing campaigns and Reels plus the professional branding, lead collection, analytics, scheduled reveal, reminder, active-property, and supported custom-domain features shown in the product. It renews monthly at $27 until canceled. Stripe Checkout shows the recurring amount before purchase.

First campaign exit offer — $1 once

The first-campaign offer can appear only after an eligible customer tries to leave the $14/$27 purchase decision. It is a one-time $1 purchase for that exact campaign, not a subscription, and provides no consent for an automatic future charge. It may be fulfilled only once per verified account and once per normalized verified email. Failed, canceled, expired, or abandoned Checkout does not consume the offer.

After a fulfilled $1 campaign, future campaigns are available for $14 each or through Unlimited for $27/month.

Unlimited billing and cancellation

Only Unlimited uses recurring billing. You can manage the payment method, invoices, cancellation, and an eligible cancellation reversal through the Stripe billing portal linked from the account page. A cancellation scheduled for period end keeps Unlimited access through the paid period; new campaign creation ends when that period ends unless billing recovers or the cancellation is resumed.

Campaigns already completed and permanently granted to the account remain available after Unlimited ends, subject to rights, refund, dispute, security, and legal obligations described below. Ending Unlimited does not create another first-campaign offer.

Unlimited fair use

“Unlimited” means no per-campaign charge or usage meter for ordinary self-service listing campaigns created by the verified agent for the represented brand. It is not permission to share accounts, resell generation, automate bulk submissions, create campaigns for unrelated businesses, probe infrastructure, or consume resources in a way that threatens service reliability or other customers.

Property Debut may rate-limit requests or temporarily pause new generation for abnormal volume, suspected abuse, security review, rights concerns, or unsafe storage or rendering conditions. We will keep completed account downloads available when it is safe and lawful to do so and provide a support path. Unlimited has no overage billing or hidden usage charge.

Listing, photo, brand, and customer-audio rights

You retain ownership of content you lawfully provide and grant Property Debut the limited permission needed to validate, transform, render, store, support, and deliver the requested campaign. You represent that the submitted listing facts are accurate enough for the intended use and that you have the commercial rights and permissions needed for every photo, logo, brand element, and customer-supplied audio file.

Property Debut does not conclusively verify ownership of customer-supplied audio and does not license it to you. Do not upload confidential material, credentials, card information, or audio you are not authorized to use. Destination-platform and advertising rules still apply.

Property Debut original audio

When a campaign contains a Property Debut original track, the download includes its versioned license and track information. The license is nonexclusive and permits commercial use only in the represented listing campaign and normal campaign edits and exports. It does not permit resale or standalone distribution of the music. Read the complete Property Debut Original Audio License.

Refund, duplicate-payment, and dispute policy

If the same Checkout is charged more than once, or a duplicate $1 payment occurs despite the server safeguards, contact support. After verification, Property Debut will preserve one valid campaign grant and refund the duplicate payment. A duplicate payment never creates a second first-campaign allowance.

If a paid campaign cannot be delivered because of a verified Property Debut failure, we will first try to repair or regenerate it. If we cannot provide the purchased campaign within a reasonable support window, we will refund the affected one-time payment. We also honor refund rights required by applicable law.

One-time payments are otherwise final after a usable campaign has been generated or downloaded. Unlimited charges pay for access during the billed period and are not prorated when cancellation is scheduled, except where required by law or where Property Debut confirms a duplicate or service failure. Canceling stops future renewals.

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, contact support promptly. A refund, reversal, or successful payment dispute may suspend or revoke the grant or license tied to that affected payment; it does not delete unrelated campaigns, account data, or audit history.

Support, safety, and suspension

Use the support page for account, billing, offer, generation, audio, download, rights, export, or deletion requests. Never send passwords, payment-card numbers, access tokens, or secret keys. Property Debut may remove unlawful or unsafe content, revoke compromised sessions, or suspend new work for material violations, fraud, security threats, repeated rights complaints, or harmful use. Recovery actions require an authenticated operator, a reason, and an audit record.

Availability and no outcome guarantee

Property Debut provides creative and operational tools, not real-estate, legal, brokerage, advertising-platform, or financial advice. Property facts and event times can change and must be confirmed before publishing. The service is provided as available and may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, safety, or circumstances outside our control.

Property Debut does not guarantee platform approval, reach, leads, showings, offers, a sale, revenue, or any other marketing or real-estate outcome.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively as the service changes. We will update the effective date and provide notice when required. We do not silently move an active subscriber to a different recurring Price. Terms that by their nature should survive—such as payment records, content rights, licenses, security, disputes, and completed-campaign access—continue after account or subscription closure as applicable.
